We were approached by a long-term government client looking for a new way to secure the public sector’s best talent. Together, we worked to design and deliver a large-scale assessment process, capable of selecting successful candidates for final promotion board interview. From robust psychometric testing, face-to-face validation sessions, and assessment reporting, we delivered 73 one-to-one assessments over a three-week period. Our thorough and efficient approach successfully secured 30 candidates for board interview.
