Building a sustainable talent pipeline for a Property & Infrastructure Client

Our Property & Infrastructure client asked us to deliver five Quantity Surveyors across various levels to support their growing business. Historically the business had employed a transactional recruitment approach, which drew out processes and produced candidates of mediocre quality.

Our structured recruitment team began pooling talent and stored it on our internal resource Avature, enabling us to react quickly to our client’s needs. By implementing a keep warm strategy, we successfully decreased time to hire and recycled our talent pool, delivering better quality candidates with relevant experience.

Our adaptive solution successfully reduced time to hire to 20 days and provided our clients with more engaged candidates.
